OSPA is the only NASP-approved provider of professional development in the state of Oregon. For Nationally Certified School Psychologists (NCSPs), at least 10 continuing professional development hours, per renewal cycle, must be from a NASP-approved provider.  OSPA is an affiliate organization of NASP, but operates under its own governance.

NASP provides a wealth of resources, training opportunities, and guidance for the profession of school psychology.  To learn more, please visit their website.  Please click here for details about NASP’s practice model.  The competencies identified within the 10 domains of the NASP practice model represent the knowledge and skills that school psychologists are prepared to have.
